He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting in 1972 from Kuwait University. He is currently a partner manager in the office of Abdul Rahman Al-Qaoud & Partners – Chartered Accountants, a member of MSI Global.
As he holds a professional certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry under No. (25/A) and has been approved by the Capital Markets Authority since 2013 and is registered in the experts’ list at the High Court and in the arbitrators’ lists in the Judicial Arbitration Department.
He also holds courses in preparing economic feasibility studies and evaluating companies and courses in accounting, taxation and international standards. He is also a participant in annual accounting forums for accounting and auditing offices and companies in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
He held several positions in joint stock companies inside and outside the State of Kuwait as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Board Member and Managing Director.
